Lifestyle in pregnant women treated at the José Olaya Health Center 2022

Objective:To determine the lifestyle of pregnant women treated at the José Olaya - Lambayeque Health Center, during the year 2022. Methods: descriptive, observational, cross-sectional study. Pregnant patients attended at the José Olaya maternal health center during the year 2022 participated in the study. Results: It was observed that 84% of pregnant women had a healthy lifestyle and there was a tie of 6% among those who had a healthy lifestyle, unhealthy and very healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, the majority are on a “healthy” scale in the dimensions of responsibility towards health (86%), physical activity (62%) and nutrition (60%). Conclusions: A healthy lifestyle does prevail in the pregnant women treated at the José Olaya Health Center, during the year 2022, with pregnant women with an average age of 20 to 25 years representing the highest percentage.
