Objective: To analyze innovative nursing strategies using information technologies. Method: A systematic review of research articles published in databases such as Cambridge Core, Sage Journal, Oxford Academic, ScienceDirect, Wiley, PubMed, and Google Scholar, from 2020 to 2025. Of the 23,610 articles found, 15 were selected for analysis. Results: The results indicated that tools such as mobile applications, text messaging, social media, and telemedicine facilitated access to reliable information, promoted health education, and reinforced confidence in immunization programs. Furthermore, the active participation of nursing staff in the implementation of these strategies optimized their impact. Conclusion: Digital platforms adapted to the sociocultural characteristics of vulnerable communities strengthen vaccination acceptance and optimize immunization coverage in these groups.
