Adherencia terapéutica y calidad de vida en hipertensos que acuden a una clínica privada ubicada en Comas

Resumen

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre adherencia terapéutica y calidad de vida en hipertensos que acuden
a una clínica privada ubicada en Comas. Materiales y métodos: El estudio fue realizado considerando los
lineamientos del enfoque cuantitativo y su diseño metodológico fue el descriptivo-transversal. La población
participante estuvo conformada por 78 individuos hipertensos que acuden a una clínica privada ubicada
en Comas. La técnica empleada en la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y los instrumentos medición
fueron el test de Morisky-Green y el cuestionario MINICHAL. Resultados: En cuanto a la adherencia al
tratamiento, prevaleció los que son adherente con 75,6% (n=59), seguido de los que no son adherentes
con 24,4% (n=19). En calidad de vida prevaleció el nivel bueno con 59% (n=46), seguido de nivel regular
con 24,4% (n=19) y malo con 16,7% (n=13); finalmente se halló que existe relación significativa entre las
variables adherencia al tratamiento y calidad de vida (p<0,05). Conclusiones: Existe relación significativa
entre las variables principales. En cuanto a la adherencia al tratamiento, prevaleció los que son adherente y
en calidad de vida prevaleció el nivel bueno.
